Burj Al Arab
The sail-shaped hotel closed around 15 April 2026 for an 18-month restoration, according to press reports, which puts the reopening around October or late 2027. Its restaurants and beach clubs are closed as well, so a dining reservation or day pass is not an option for now.

Armani Hotel Dubai
The 160-room hotel inside the Burj Khalifa closed on 1 April 2026. Reports give a Q4 2026 target for reopening, with bookings expected from 4 January 2027. Since stays cannot be booked yet, plan Downtown trips around other hotels.

Reports say the restaurants remained open during the closure, but verify this before planning a meal. The hotel is also tied to rooftop and pool-day-pass listings elsewhere, so treat older articles that mention it as out of date until it reopens.
